The guys were great! They showed up early, but due to some traffic the truck actually got there late. But instead of sitting around they went right to work and got everything perfectly prepared so that as soon as the truck arrived it was a simple matter of rolling everything up onto it.
Their work was superb, they repeatedly told me that they were doing this or that to save me money and make my move better (I was paying by the foot for the truck space).
This was my first experience hiring someone to load the truck for a move, and it was the best moving experience I've had. I don't think I will ever load a truck again!
As a final note, I want to mention that they were great with my 3 and 5 year old kids, who were so excited about the truck that they were constantly getting in the way. The guys took it in stride and made my boys have lots of fun throughout the day.

If you don't read anything else read this, don't shop anyone else, hire these guys. Due to a series of unfortunate events we have had to move 4 times in the last 7 years. I had grown accustomed to just hiring movers. What a surprise I was in for! These guys showed up early, began work right away after performing an inventory of what to be moved. They provided there own blankets, rope, and dolly. I trusted them completely, and they handled of our stuff with great care. They made my wife and children very comfortable like having family move your stuff only way better. They had a great attitude and worked their butts off. When we arrived at the place we were moving to, at the entrance is a semi spiral staircase. These guys manhandled, the sofas, 180 pound plus dresser up and over the short walls, and around the corners at the same time. We are going to be moving again in a year, and I am only calling these guys. They were a bit more money than the others but, they gave us a white glove service, and far exceeding my expectations. Not to mention, they sacrificed there knuckles, to prevent any wall dings, scratches, or dents. Hire these guys, you won't be disappointed! Also, they came on a recommendation from a friend, so I am passing it along!

I would highly recommend using this service. These guys are very professional and courteous. The two gentlemen who showed up at our move arrived ten minutes early and started right away. We had a GREAT experience with Washington Moving Labor. We scheduled kinda last minute and we received a call immediately from Jason ( I think that was his name! ha!) to talk through our move. They were very thorough and worked efficiently to get things done in the 'paid for' time frame. They were very respectful, polite, funny (hey, you need a little comic relief when you're stressed out with moving!) and knew what they were doing. We had a large master suite of furniture that needed to come down a 1940 converted attic staircase, a piano and universal weight system and they got all out of the house without a scratch. We would DEFINITELY use them again....but I don't plan on moving EVER. AGAIN. :) HA!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a client books with us we put you on our schedule and then we always call the client as the move gets close and confirm the details of the move to make sure that we fully understand the scope of the work to be performed. It's very important that we are on the same page with our clients and so we have learned through the years what the most important questions are to ask and facets of the move to go over with our clients.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When it is move day for our clients we always call our clients when we are on our way to let them know we are on track for the move. We know how stressful it is to move and so we do everything we can to decrease the stress of our clients and this is one way we do that so they know they don't need to worry about us not showing up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It's very important that the client be as prepared for the move as much as possible to make sure that the move will go smoothly. The more packed up all the small items that need to go in boxes the faster the move will go which will end up saving you money on the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped nearly 5,000 moves since our company was founded in 2013. We have come across many types of situations over the years. We mostly do residential moves with standard household items. We have loaded and unloaded a great many POD's, ABF containers, U-pack cubes, U-haul trucks, Penske trucks, and Budget trucks for local moves and interstate moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love that we get to be the hero's of the moving world. We believe that we make a huge difference in the lives of the people in our community by providing the best possible customer experience to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We really feel like we show up and save the day by relieving the stress of our clients on a very stressful day of their lives and as we all know stress kills so we think we are saving lives :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have developed a 100 page training manual for our movers that we methodically keep track of where they are on their training. We also make sure that we are putting the new movers on the more simple jobs at first until they gain more experience. most of our movers have been with us for years and so they are very experienced and can handle most any situation that comes their way. The newer movers we always pair up with the experienced guys whenever they are on the more complicated and larger moves.
