I would have extended their time but they said that they had another job to get to. It did leave me a little surprised since I received a text asking me if I was wanting another hour of help.
They did a good job loading the truck for a cross-country move to AZ from IN. Minimal damage in the move - only a few gouges in a few wood items and scrapes on a few other items. They started out very quick but seemed to loose a bit of steam at the end of the load, having a bit of difficulty fitting everything in. Nonetheless did a good job overall.
We hired two movers to help us move from our third floor apartment. They not only showed up early but also were able to load an entire 2 bedroom apartment in a little over an hour. They even went above and beyond to try to protect our furniture from injury during the move. Only wish they were a nationwide company so we could hire them next time we have to move.
They accepted a short-notice job, which I very much appreciated. Movers were knowledgeable, efficient, communicated well throughout the process, and were respectful both of belongings and me. Everything was accomplished within the time I booked.
