Two guys showed up from Rigo‘s moving right on time!. They had a bunch of equipment that was perfect for the move including the ropes. They made loading the pod very efficient and they knew how to pack it so that stuff wouldn’t get damaged. I really appreciated their judgement as I thought everything wasn’t going to fit, but they knew, just based on experience, that everything was going to fit. Finally, both of the helpers were very strong and had no trouble with my heavy items.

They arrived on time and worked very quickly but took the time to move things carefully. They asked questions and offered to move additional items that I was not sure would fit in the POD. Very polite.

The.only issue I had was they came late. They 3 guys that they sent worked there asses off and packed everything in tight and secure. They definitely saved me money on space in the trailer. I recomend them to anyone.

I originally had my unloading request scheduled between 10am-11am and was called last minute to change my time to 7am-8am. Apparently someone called out sick and they could no longer accommodate my two crew request at the chosen time. It worked out though because the guys who arrived did an excellent job unloading my PODS container. They immediately started when they arrived and worked efficiently, quickly, and were very careful in putting the furniture and boxes inside the house. I would definitely hire them again. Great job!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
