This was part of a move to a new home and dealing with a garage full of stuff that needed to be moved to a newly landscaped back yard and then get the rest reaarranged in the garage in order to be able to park a car. They were on time ( actually a little bit early), they moved some very heavy items to the back yard, great job of space allocation for the remaining storage items and helped rearrange some furniture inside. They knew what they were doing. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Overall performance was good. They were respectful and efficient so they finished before the scheduled time. One thing I look for in a business is professionalism. They did not call before they arrived to the site and they were a late with no courtesy call. Also some of our items were placed on the ground witch got dirty. Other than that it was good.

Nick's people were on time, and came equipped to do the job safely and effectively. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were self motivated throughout the time they were on the job. The crew exercised respect and care for our property as it was being moved and loaded, and provided good advise on how to pack selected items.
I was very impressed with how the service was arranged and coordinated. There was a glitch in the work date, but Nick rescheduled without any problem. The crew was excellent to work with, quite efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Nick's service to anyone!

Nice guys, they showed on time and worked fast, but maybe too fast or don't know how to load a trailer or just didn't care. Almost every piece of wood furniture had damage or was broke beyond repair. I provide about 20 blankets and said before they started, I would go purchase more if needed. Blankets were used on several things that didn't need it and left other furniture that should have been covered, completely bare. They said they would plastic wrap anything that needed it, but didn't. Heavy boxes were placed on light boxes, crushing them. A wardrobe box was placed on it's side!? We now have hundreds of dollars in repair and replacement. The unloaders in Texas (which cost half as much, worked faster and showed care for our furniture) were shocked at how the poorly the trailer was loaded. I could not recommend or would I use them again.

Great job and friendly. They were very helpful and my furniture arrived safely, plus well protected.

Very unprofessional. They showed up 10 min late without shrink wrap. One employee was riding illegally, laying down in the back of a pickup truck. They sent someone to go get shrinkwrap and putzed around until he got back. They didnt even get enough and ended up running out. They told me they couldnt provide more. They went over on time as a result and I was charged for an extra hour. They broke my head board and told me to just wood glue it back together. They took two of my brand new straps and wont return them. They will not answer their phone and have not returned any of my calls since the job has finished. I have called at least 10 times and left 4 messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were 2 hrs late but did keep in touch. They were tied up in earlier job. Once they got here they were hard working, came prepared. They protected all my furniture and tied off all sections. Yes, I would use them again.
