Booked for 2 hours. We’re finished loading in 1 hour. I rented 6 dozen furniture pads....they only used 1 dozen. When my load arrived, multiple boxes crushed, damage and scratches were visualized to my bed/bedroom furniture. One headboard completely broken. They apparently loaded my stuff too heavy to where it shifted during the move. To me, many mistakes made by inexperienced movers. Not happy at all.

Im still bragging about Nick and his professionalism with his special attention to detail. I kid you not when I say rest assured help is on the way if you have chosen Nick to move you. I was in a state of not knowing what to do and as soon as Nick and his crew arrived I immediately felt less stressed. Nick’s labor service did a very good job. Showed up on time with his workers. Ordered them for 4 hours and they completed it in 3. I would use them again.

They didn't have all 4 guys arrive on time, but were ready 45 minutes after scheduled start time. They moved items quickly and I was pleased up until payment. I paid $605 for 4 guys for 4.5 hours. I also gave an additional $200 cash and heard Nick tell the guys I only gave $200 to split. Nope. Sorry. That's not the case and it's a shame you were keeping the majority of the money for yourself and making it appear as though I cheated your laborers (they did 95% of the work.) I won't hire anyone who misleads their customers or their staff.
