They were late but called ahead to inform us that they were delayed. It didn't really matter in my case because they had all day and evening to complete the task (which they did). They worked very, very hard and never stopped. We had more stuff than what they were prepared for (2 movers) but called for backup and additional movers arrived promptly. They managed to pack the trailer to the top and all the way from front to back (my fault for ordering a trailer that was slightly undersized). Highly recommend Jay's Moving Services.
