They were on time and worked hard. They were helpful and respectful of our property. The part part I didn't like was that Christopher came into the house saying, "This will take s lot more than 2 hours." But we made it clear that 2 hours was our plan. As the packing progressed, Christopher seemed to want to start leaving after about 45 minutes saying they were almost done. But I insisted they continue to put boxes and furnishings on the truck until it was full or they'd given us 2 hours. All items were put on the truck that we wanted there, and they were out in under 2 hours. They did what we asked, but I felt we had to struggle to get our 2 hours in.
