My two helpers were outstanding! They were both very agreeable to my specific instructions concerning fragile boxes or ones taped too loosely to secure contents. I can highly recommend them both and Hire a Helper as a referral service. Billing and payment were easy and everyone I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly!

Very careful & clean. Only problem is they came 20 minutes late & I was supposed to be limited to a 2 hour window by the pickup of my PackRat container. It turned out there was no rush at all so all went well.

They called before arriving which was great because we had the garage doors opened and we're ready for them.
They immediately checked out items to go and began loading. No time was wasted. They were very courteous to us and I just hope we get such excellent workers - to unload the pod in SALEM, Oregon.

Erin and Jerry were at my home 30 mins. prior to scheduled time which was somewhat of a problem for me.
They were aware that my belongings were to be loaded in a POD; and that I requested TIE DOWNS to secure it for out of state travel. They DID NOT bring the proper material to secure anything; I found heavy string which they used (very sparingly) across parts of my boxes, etc.
They were respectful and insisted NOTHING would move or shift in the POD when on the road. I am doubtful of that statement! I have a serious issue they way they used my mattress and box springs to build a wall to hold the boxes...part of the bedding has a sharp chair leg against it to hold the mattress. This was not noticed until they left, or I would have complained about it. I have made 3 calls to Triangle's local number 727-403-0243 and asked for someone to call me immediately and have their personnel secure the chair/mattress differently before the POD is moved to storage. So far, no reply from Joshua Spina!
The men also did not provide pads to cover my recently cleaned carpet and got dirt and grease on two of them from the dolly wheels until AFTER we complained about it.
Then they brought in pads! Needless to say, I'm not happy right now! Joshua, if you are reading this, please contact me immediately and do something to protect my mattress and box springs and secure the boxes that look like they will fly all over the POD in traveling. TIE DOWNS ARE NEEDED, PLEASE.

Guys were fantastic. Got the job done very professionally and quickly. They know what they're doing. Strategically packed everything in the shipping unit so as to save me space while also protecting all the fragile items. HIGHLY recommend!

They were late, but called to let me know. They had all the equipment they needed. They worked hard and treated my furniture and belongings well. They completed unloading a 12x16 POD in under 2 hours. They moved furniture without complaining.
