Scheduled a move for 12:00-1:00 and unload at new location. Three plus hours late for loading. No calls to let me know (I had to call them to see where they were). We began loading the truck ourselves and had 2/3 of it loaded when two people showed up at 4:30 PM. They had no identification, and then broke an antique mirror and antique hall tree, plus scratched the side of new table. They just threw items into the truck. Once loaded, I drove the truck to the new locations (15 minutes away) and waited another two hours for a different group of people to show up and unload. We had most of the truck unloaded by the time they got there. A two-hour move turned into an 8 hour ordeal. I would have given zero stars but that option wasn't available. It was a nightmare and the worst move I've ever been involved in. I wouldn't hire them to move my cat's litter box now.

Showed up 4-5 hours late with very inaccurate ETA. Once they did show up, they did a fast and great job.

I'll start with the only negative, they were late getting there, by a few hours. In fairness, we did make the appointment only the day before, but that was a bit of a hassle. When they arrived, they were professional, got right to work, were careful of most everything, and definitely got everything moved quite quickly. There were three guys and they all worked great and hustled through it.

These guys are AMAZING. Not only did they rescue me from the other movers who decided to not show up, but they drove across the city and worked 3 hours over my scheduled time. They were simply astonishing how they were able to fit so much in our moving truck. Like a Jenga master, they were able to fit and use every single inch of the truck efficiently. I was astounded. They worked their butts off and went way above my expectations. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Bum Rush did a great job moving my dreaded treadmill to my new house down a narrow basement stairs! in addition, they moved my large couch up a full flight of stairs and around a sharp corner into a small room. they were very professional, courteous and not a scratch! booking them was so easy thru hireAhelper. I will definitely do it again and sooner! huge! I highly recommend BUM RUSH. Thanks guys!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
