The two guys; Josh and ???, arrived just a few minutes late. (Only 5 or 6 minutes), but they came 30 or so miles to my location. Once there, they went to work immediately ! They loaded the truck from my 10 x 20 storage unit in 40 to 45 minutes ! They were careful with my stuff and used furniture pads when warranted. Even though my new apartment is on the second floor, they unloaded everything quickly. Finished the job with 5 minutes to spare !!! I was VERY satisfied ! I would highly recommend them, and if I move again, I will request them ! Thank you guys so much !

We were driving the truck from out of state and were pleased when we called Majic Movers LLC and they said could accommodate us being 45 minutes late. They ended up slotting another job in, though and weren't there until several hours later. They still showed up, but it was frustrating to wait, especially after being told several times 'we're almost there'. I understand them not wanting to waste time; I was mostly upset because the communication wasn't clear and accurate. We had to rush out of the door for an appointment and weren't able to use up our prepaid time in full. As a result, we called and after some back and forth with Hire a Helper they took off the hour we couldn't use.

They definitely got the job done. Even though they were thirty minutes late to the job, my biggest concern was their lack of care for my belongings. During the move into my home my hardwood floors were scratched, my walls were dinged, and the edges and/or sides of some of my furniture were either broken off or scratched. All and all it was a good move as long as they follow-up with the minor repair work.

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
