AllStar Movers really helped me out of a bind! We had to book movers only 4 days in advance of one of the busiest moving days of the year and they were able to squeeze us in. When one of their moves earlier in the day hit an unexpected snag (moving truck broke down so they had to move everything to a new moving truck before unloading), they were great about communicating their updated ETA and working with us to make sure that still worked for us. They were incredibly efficient and unloaded the truck in less time than we expected so we still were able to stay on track. They were receptive to my handling and furniture placement instructions and just generally very polite and professional. I have discovered a few minor dings and scratches on furniture, but I would say a majority of that is our fault because we packed and loaded everything ourselves. I would recommend AllStar Movers, especially for someone like me who needed someone in a hurry!
