Craig and his team did a great job for me loading and unloading the moving van. This is the second time I've used Cherry Wood Movers, and not only is Craig and his team always on time, they are professional, efficient and pack and unload everything without a scratch or blemish. I wouldn't use any other moving company should the need arise; Cherry Wood is the best out there.

Would highly recommend not using this company they caused so much damage to my items. They fought on how to load my truck when they were finished loading the truck it look like a bunch of kindergartners loaded my truck. They damaged a Brand New Couch and several other items and a very expensive Horse oil painting they stood on all my boxes to try to load boxes higher up instead of using a chair or step stool they chose to use my boxes and Furniture I have pictures of the way the truck was loaded as well as all the damage they caused. I moved from Arizona to Connecticut and when I did that I had a 26 foot budget truck. When I got to Connecticut things didn't work out so I move back to Arizona which was only a week later nothing was ever unpacked and did not inquire any additional items to be loaded in fact I got rid of about a 5 x 8 trailer full of items. This company could not get all of the items back in the exact same truck and caused me to have to go bring a 5 x 8 trailer to tow back from Connecticut to Arizona which cost me additional money because again they decided to fight over how they were gonna load the truck instead of working together as a team very unprofessional company do not recommend using at all also they showed up late and were two men short for the first two hours
The customer put in their order 12 hours before the job began. I discussed the logistics of the job the night before .He understood that on such short notice it would be difficult to get four workers. He was instructed to get furniture pads which he did not. The couches needed furniture pads consequently damage was done to the netting underneath the couch. The painting and boxes were damaged from the move to CT. I suggested he repack some of the boxes but he said no I told him to pad and rope the boxes. He told me no and to just put them in the truck this was said with definite attitude. Unfortunately he would not take our advice as the moving labor helpers who do this for a living. I think I was a patsy for a insurance claim to get some money back from move to CT and then right back to Arizona.
