I could never have packed my POD without the two gentleman that helped me. They were on time, careful with my items, and new exactly how to get everything into the pod. I would recommend them to anyone in the Reno area. Thank you so much for giving me piece of mind.

The 2 men who came were very well trained, worked quickly and efficiently, were very polite, and respectful of the property. My husband and I were very pleased with their work. I definitely would recommend them & definitely would use this service again. We had lined up 2 men a couple days earlier but they never responded to our phone calls or emails and we were in need of help on short notice. Hireahelper came through for us with flying colors. They did OK with loading but at end did not leave room for the ramp and divider. I had to get someone else to take them to facility for $ 200.

Policies

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
