I hate to have to write a bad review, however people should know what “help or lack of help they’re paying for. I confirmed with Travis the work that I needed help for and that I needed 3 MEN! Two teenagers showed up a 16 and 17 year old. They stated that the third kid broke down. They were not capable or experienced at all! They didn’t even know how to use a hand truck. They stated they had never moved anything down stairs before. A third person was sent an hour and a half later. We ended up doing most of the work ourselves and having to train them on how to move and pack things. They damaged my furniture and a wall. Again they were not trained or strong enough to do the work. We had to spend another day packing which cost us more money for our moving truck and repairs. I want to thank the customer service people at Hired Helpers for their help and thankfully the Men that helped us from John 3:16 movers where we moved to were amazing. Hopefully this review will let people know what they’re paying for. Movin on up uses untrained child labor!!

They were very good workers. They keep moving until the truck was empty, unloaded the heavy items and moved them into your walk in basement without one complaint.
Would hire them in a heart beat for any move!
