The unloading laborers were on time and did bring a furniture cart with them. Although they were hired and paid for a 4-hour time frame, they were in a hurry to finish the job in 3 hours due to a schedule conflict. This pace was to fast to ensure proper handling of fragile items. Most boxed goods were carried into the house without use of the cart, and the "Fragile" + "This End Up" labels were mostly ignored. We had some damaged furniture items, but haven't had time to inspect framed pictures and other fragile items before flying back to CO. If they had slowed down and exercised more caution, I would have rated their service higher. I will probably not use them for our final move.

Workers were on time, had most of the tools they needed, worked the entire time, took care not to damage any items. Packing of container was done extremely well, with more space left than expected. We would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard a solid two hours. I told them I had expensive antiques in the truck they unloaded into a POD, they were very careful not to damage anything. I was very pleased and will call them again when our new home is ready to unload our POD that is now in storage.

Courteous, timely, and all around helpful were John and Jacob. I booked them for four hours, however with their efficiency and speed in packing and loading the POD, the job was complete in three hours. They also were very careful of my antique pieces. I definitely would hire them again.
