Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Timothy and his crewmate (ugh so sorry that I forgot his name). We had just come off a four day trek from Arizona to Post Falls, moving our newly wedded daughter and son-in-law to Idaho. To say we were exhausted is an understatement. Timothy communicated with us prior to our arrival, and showed up at EXACTLY the time promised. They were amazing. So hard working… and TRULY happy! Their positive attitudes were contagious and they were a gift to end what had been a very tiring few days. Highly recommend them.

They were late both times they were here. The 1st question they asked was what do you want wrapped? I told them Anything that can be scratched or broken. I asked them to please wrap my Rattan bedroom set. Only some pieces were wrapped and were rubbed or small sections of Rattan broken. I found a piece of the led of the headboard on the floor of the trailer (fixable). The one item I stressed great care be taken on both of the times they were here was a one of a kind 6ft+ redwood burl table. The table was placed top down on the ribbed steel floor of the trailer. There was approximately 18" of it with a blanket under it. It arrived with many new, some deep scratches and a piece of the base broken. They loaded all the boxes forward well, very tight. The furniture was stacked haphazardly with big spaces. There were 9 moving blankets unused at the back of the truck. Furniture pieces shifted during transit and were scratched up. Some pieces were very difficult to get out. For instance, a dresser over 100 years old and heavy fell into the top of a table that would normally have a glass top in it. The men who unloaded had a difficult time extracting it. They both sustained new scratches. Thankfully I triple wrapped the glass top and it arrived unscathed. These guys were friendly and seemed receptive to my instructions. But did not follow any of them.
