The movers were on time and worked hard. However, the last 10 to 15 minutes that I paid for was spent on making sure they could see the payment go through on their side instead of loading the items in the garage that had mentioned to one of them at the beginning of the process. I also tried to tell Felix over the phone when he called to verify the appointment that I had a heavy piece that would be moved from 2nd floor to 1st but he got off the phone to quickly so the movers did not have proper gear to move the heavy piece.

They worked hard and led us to believe that our unused time could be rescheduled but all along the owner of the company knew it wouldn't be. In fact, two of the workers had to leave before the job was completed. If you book them, certainly limit the number of hours you book them for.
