Attn: We require all televisions to be placed in the original box or a tv box needs to be purchased us. We will not load or transport televisions without them being in a box. We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. This is my second time using Morris Moving and Storage. They arrived early and got right to work. They made sure that all my fragile items were secured and wrapped upon loading. My only concern occurred during the unloading process when I notice that they had turned my lawn mower on its side and caused residual gas to leak out unto another wrapped item. One of the movers dropped and broke one of my lamps.When I mentioned it to the one of the movers he tried to downplay or deny that the gas had leaked or that the wrapped lamp was broken under the bubble wrap. I understand that accidents happen; my only hope is that my other stored items weren’t also damaged and not communicated. I will update my review once I unpack and unwrap everything.

The guys were late and only one was there and had to grab extra help that were not permanent employees to support. Also paid for 4 hours of support but team rushed to get out of there before wrapping up the work with packing left to be done (shorter than 4 hours packing was purchased).

We will contact you to discuss and details of your move that weren't included in your booking notes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
