We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. The guys were very nice and did do a good job, but they were usually loaders and didn’t seem to be used to packing. We were left with a lot of things after they left and some boxes that were half packed.

the gentlemen did a god job of off loading the pods from my driveway. We had two item damaged one was the floor and the wall at the landing to upstairs. The second was my leather couch was damaged looks like due to being dropped on the edge on an exposed edge of the couch. the damage are very noticeable now that the couch was placed in the right spot and boxes were moved from the edge of the couch. - A bit disappointing considering the report and work with the crew.
