Professional, personable and hard-working.
After assessing our boxes, furniture, etc they gave a very accurate estimate of how much time it would take to load, then worked steady without break for the next 3 hrs and 45 min. Everything was stacked carefully and perfectly. The two worked as a team to use every inch of the U-haul, and nothing was damaged in our out of state move.
They thought of details I never would have, and even gave tips on how our unload crew we randomly hired off of Craigslist should manage the unload process. Comparing the two services, MovingFellows was much, much more professional and knowledgeable than the Craigslist "bargain." High praise for MovingFellows!!

They were very kind and helpful and got an amazing amount done in the 2hrs they were there. They also showed wonderful common sense thinking when I could not provide everything I was told to.
They were on time to the minute, coming and going. They were definitely prepared for the job and worked very hard and moved very fast.
They were extremely attentive when I told them which boxes contained breakables. I didn't hear so much as a tinkle of glass coming together, much less breaking.
I would definitely recommend them to others in that area, though since I've moved to another state, I probably won't be needing their services again.

I can't say enough about the student movers that helped us this past Friday. We recently moved from Southern Oregon and had some very large and heavy furniture still wrapped in cardboard and unassembled. Not only did our helpers move these large items but they stayed and helped us assemble an entertainment center, a curio cabinet and a table. They did an excellent job, worked continuously from their arrival, and were very respectful to our house and courteous to us. I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Terrific job done, guys! You rock!!!

The 2 young men were available on very short notice (just a few hours) on Sunday. They unloaded the u-haul truck and carted everything up to the 2nd floor apartment. They brought their own dollies, they were careful with everything even when not all items were well packed, they finished unloading in 2 hours and they were cheerful and friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Count on our professional movers to arrive promptly, considering traffic conditions. Once you provide your contact information, they'll reach out to keep you informed about their en-route status and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For a smooth experience, customers with labor and truck bookings should arrange parking for the trucks. Additionally, reserving elevators at both the starting and ending locations is helpful. Labeling and stacking boxes neatly near entrances will greatly expedite the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
Licensed and insured in Oregon, we specialize in labor and truck services in the metro and Eugene areas. Our expertise extends to labor-only services, offering assistance with loading/unloading rental trucks or our truck. Beyond moving, we help rearrange items under 450 pounds within homes, providing a fresh look for those who may need physical assistance.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Before joining our team, crew members undergo a skills test to assess their suitability. Upon hiring, they undergo training and job shadowing with our experienced foreman and top crew. A quiz determines readiness for independent work. Driver candidates receive extra training, including drivers' training and paperwork with our operations manager, in addition to shadowing the foreman.
