Hired two movers for two hours from Busy Bees. They were very professional, recognized the antique furniture and took additional care. They were also aware of the performance differences between Cool Box, Pods and others. I had gone with Cool Box for the price but should have gone with Pods for better protection of my delicate antiques (Pods are lifted and loaded vertically while Cool Box is pull up a steep slope that can let things shift. The workers recognized they needed to pack items differently for the Cool Box. They took care not to also protect floors and other items in our house from damage and were careful to move items out of the way. They were very experience (1 had over 9 years) and were also attentive to managing risk for their employer. Taking photo to document the interior after their loading. I would recommend them.

Eddie and Maurice did a fantastic job of loading my moving truck. They arrived 5 min before 6am and utilized every minute of the 3 hours they were scheduled. My entire 1k sq. ft. condo was expertly padded and packed-- they didn't let me lift a thing! I was disappointed that they didn't have the dolly I requested but they didn't let it impact their ability to move the large items. After having their help I knew the movers that were scheduled to unload me would have a lot to live up to. Use Busy Bee's and try to request Eddie & Maurice. They'll make your move a breeze!

I knew I would be helping load myself so I just requested one helper for two hours. Shaun came on time, did most of the work and we finished early. Very bright and polite young man and a joy to work with.

Courteous, on time, never slowed down even though it was a 3rd floor apartment in 95 degree heat, did an excellent job of keeping our things and the apartment safe.

They were prompt, prepared, and respectful. However, I wouldn't use them again. My issues were 1) The movers weren't very athletic and seemed to strain with the work and 2) Poor communication. 3) They spent lots of time organizing. 4) Miss-management of time.
It was frustrating because they started by reorganizing the boxes we initially spent two hours moving into the truck and overall they spent about 40% of their time trying to organize items. In the end, I thought they'd moved everything into the truck only to look out my front door and find about 50+ items on the porch. I had to get my family to jump in to help so we didn't go over the time. I've moved many times and understand how to efficiently organize the boxes/furniture so that it's safe. I told them we had to save room for my daughter's furniture (we were picking it up at another location) as well. However, they didn't leave enough rough by any means.
Busy Bee was able to help me out when my first mover didn't show up and I do appreciate that. However, service from this expensive company was far from the quality I expected from them. In the end, I had to move stuff myself because they were so slow and wasteful with their time. They also didn't know how to organize. I only wish I'd taken a picture of the truck after they loaded it because it was so ridiculous - It looked like people simply threw everything into it. I haven't been able to open boxes yet, so I can't confirm the state of my things. Overall, I very stressful, disappointing move, that took forever to accomplish.
