They were a bit later than they'd estimated but once they were here they did a great job and in good time.

The movers were superb; fast, helpful, very respectful. Our 20 ft. truck was unloaded in 30 minutes. BUT the office did VERY poorly in scheduling. We had a 3:00 appt. & they arrived at 7:30PM. They did at least answer phone calls, but kept moving the time back. We were not happy with that aspect. The movers themselves were apologetic & helped make up for it in their efficiency. Make sure you confirm time & address!

I cancelled my move the previous day and had to pay. No problem. They had an increase for the next day because of demand but honored the previous days price. I thought the workers did a good job and hustled throughout. I will hire them again when I move from this location.

Both boys were excellent, friendly and provided impressive, quick and efficient service. They were hard workers in NM which is hard to find. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others and would definitely work with them again.

The helpers were on time. They came prepared for the job. They worked hard and fast. I will definitely use them again when I have the need.

The helpers were early and very enthusiastic. They did work hard at loading the boxes. However, they did not seem to know how to load the furniture and items I specified on the list for moving. They were very hurried and in their haste they banged, scratched, and dented my furniture. Also, given the poor packing abilities of the movers they could not load the entire load and I had to contract with "professional" movers to move the remaining items. I unpacked about half of the items they packed and was able to get additional items on the truck, but with the poor packing I could not load everything unless I was willing to unload the entire truck and start again. If Miles and JJ show up for your move either send them back or give them explicit instructions on how to pack your things and watch them closely. Do not leave them unsupervised. They seem to have no respect for people's personal belongings. They do work hard, but have no concept of how to pack a truck and how to handle items carefully. Finally, the owner or manager never contacted me and when I texted to tell of the poor work, he or she made no effort to talk with me. A terrible customer service approach. I would not recommend using BCD movers for your move. There are plenty of other good companies, this one should be left to wither on the corporate heap of rejects.

A CUSTOMER CAN EXPECT ON TIME, COUTEOUS, RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. THEY ALSO COME UNIFORMED AND READY TO WORK WITH THEIR EXPERTISE. OUR MOTTO IS "THOU SHALL NOT BUMP WALLS " FOR A REASON. IT REALLY IS AGAINST OUR NATURE.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
IF WE ARE ONLY LOADING WE ASK THAT YOU DO SUPPLY MOVING PADS FOR YOUR WOODEN, GLASS, EVEN FABRIC FURNITURE. JUST TO ENSURE YOUR VALUABLES GET TO YOUR LOCATION WITHOUT ANY DENTS, DINGS, OR SCRATCHES. T.V'S SHOULD BE BOXED AND READY TO GO. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THIS WE CAN ASSIST WITH IT ON YOUR MOVE. THE MORE ORGANIZED THE MOVE IS THE QUICKER THE MOVE WILL BE.

WE ARE A FULL SERVICE MOVING COMPANY. THAT BEING SAID WE HAVE DONE ALL MOVES. LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE, COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, PACKING AND UNPACKING, AND CLEAN OUTS!!!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
OUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING MOVERS IS THE SIGH OF RELIEF FROM OUR CUSTOMERS AFTER IT IS ALL COMPLETE. WE UNDERSTAND YOUR VALUABLES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU AND TREAT THEM AS OUR OWN, WHEN CUSTOMERS SEE THIS IT IS AN INSTANT DE-STRESSER AND PUTS THEM AT AN IMMEDIATE EASE. THAT IS WHAT WE ENJOY AND TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY ON ALL OF OUR MOVES.
