The company sent different men each time I had a pod to unload. All did a wonderful job. I would use them in the future and recommend them. All were on time, worked non stop and took care of all my property.

These guys were super flexible and agreed to arrive a bit later than planned due to some rain delays. They did a wonderful job moving large and bulky items. Nothing was damaged or broken. Our home has a lot of stairs, and these young men got winded after each load, which required a five to ten-minute break. There were times when they were in the truck for long stretches of time, which meant I had to pay for additional time. They (three guys) ended up taking four hours to unload a truck (with lots of help from my family) that took two (other) guys four hours to load. I hired them because of their lower price, but their speed ended up costing me what a more expensive and faster company would have charged. I wasn't in as big a hurry to unload as I was to load the truck, so I would hire them again to unload.

Great, hard working guys who were very careful with the furniture. We hired them for two hours to help unload a 12' truck - they were finished in a little more than an hour.

Nick and Darius came completely prepared and jumped right into work. They never really let up until I persuaded them to take a 5 minute water break. Very personable as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

one worker was pleasant and helpful. the other worker who seemed to be in charge presented a belligerent attitude. he acted as if my requests for gentle handling of items were putting him out.

Not on time. No equipment to unload. Sent girlfriend to get handtruck. Asked if i was joking when i said refrigerator went downstairs....then said they woukd put it on it's side on a furniture pad and slide/carry it downstairs! Nearly dropped dining room sideboard and now ive found that the drawers will not open. Gouged hardwood floors with the sideboard as they slid it across the floor. Asked questions/nosy about my personal life which was none of their business. Worst experience I've ever encountered. Very sorry that I used them. Furniture that was supposed to go to lower level of house is in my garage because they could not manage to move it as requested.
