My 2 movers were competent and friendly. We used the 2 guys for 3 hours. Total cost was $545. Loading an entire 28 foot truck would be expensive labor-wise, but worth while if you are unwilling or unable to do the work yourself. Also be aware that there is a method to loading that optimizes the space you would use and the safety of your belongings. Trained movers like these can save you time and money.

The movers were late however, they did call to inform me. They worked hard and were respectful but I didn't realize they did a jam job packing some of my items until I off loaded the items and found scratch and broken items. I had covers on the items but the way things were stacked on top of one another is what caused the damaged. I would recommend paying close attention to the way items are being packed, especially toward the end.

The Zenel crew is hard working and careful with my things as they efficiently get it done with skillful teamwork! I have used them twice now for four hour sessions getting ready for the final move. I plan to use Hire-a-Helper one more time before the move and will ask for Zenel Solutions specifically!

The only set back was that they came an hour late because they got held back on another job. Aside from that, I felt these two guys were really great. My job wasn't very difficult, but they were still efficient at moving my stuff from the Uhaul into my apartment. They also dropped me off at the car rental so I could drop my rental and take my own car back. I found them to be friendly and courteous. Great job guys!

The Zenel crew was great! They followed direction very well. You could tell that they cared about the job that they were doing and worked hard!! They worked well together as a team! Kudos to Tomei, CJ and Eric for a job well done! I would use Zenel Move Solutiins again and specifically ask for this crew!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
