They ran about an hour late, but they are hard working guys. I hired them for 4 hours, they were done in 2-1/2 hours. They were a little rough with the boxes and a couple of things were broken but in all they are great workers and get the job done.
They called to say they were on their way and how close they were from the house, which I appreciated. They certainly worked hard. They overcame any obstacle they encountered especially moving large pieces of furniture through standard size doorways and/or curved, steep stairways.
