Somewhat prepared. I had suggested ahead of time to bring a dolly with pneumatic tires because we had to cross the lawn with several heavy pieces. I also noted in the original reservation that there were pieces weighing over 300 lbs. They really didn't come prepared for this. He charged me extra for handling these pieces after the fact.
They did work hard and fast. Maybe a bit too fast at times.
They were very respectful and got the job done.
Would I use again? Maybe. I was overall satisfied. I just hope I never need to move again.

I’m waiting for a credit to my charge. My payment was for four helpers and I only had three. They worked for only two hours not three. The work was good and efficient. That said, I am due a credit. They were not able to make the original date and time as scheduled. We had to reschedule for another day which disrupted our plans for the week.

My only recommendation is for the person who is hiring the help to have enough work for the two hours. They actually got the work done in 20 minutes and I still had to pay for two hours.
