The guys were awesome. As soon as they walked in the door, I could tell they were nice guys. My boyfriend said as they started to clear out "They seem really nice" I have had bad experiences with other movers. My move was completed in 2 hours from downtown to the Heights! They were fast, friendly, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

K & M Impact Movers showed up on time and had great communication by phone and email from the start of the moving process and throughout. They took care of the entire move. I have never seen a truck packed as well as they had packed it. I could not have handpicked a better couple of guys to make the move. They were very friendly and courteous and treated my belongings as if they were their very own. I found them to be very competent movers and they knew their jobs well. Kevin and his crew were fantastic. I would highly recommend utilizing K & M Impact Movers for any of your moving needs.

K&M did a good job. Movers showed up early and got right to work and were very nice. Job came in under the estimated time since the movers did not take many breaks even though it was hot out. I did notice a couple of scratches in our new hardwood floors later that night due to the fact that there were no moving blankets or other protection used on the furniture but perhaps thats is inevitable with a move and maybe it was my job to provide that stuff? Overall I was more than satisfied with thier help and would definitely recommend them
