Both gentlemen were extremely kind and helpful. I had a lot of furniture that means a lot and they treated it all with care and were asking questions based off of what i was needing. They called ahead of time to ask if they could be early which i appreciated and helped. Both worked very hard and were respectful, yes I would use them again if needed!

I’ve hired about a dozen movers over the past 2 decades and I was a little skeptical when two young men showed up. However these two gentlemen were not only very professional they were very quick and respectful of our belongings. They had the equipment and knowledge one would expect for movers. I would definitely hire them again.

The movers were courteous and worked quickly once they arrived, but I had several concerns with the service. They were scheduled for noon on August 21, but due to delays on an earlier job, couldn’t come until late evening. We rescheduled for the next morning, which was fine. However, during the packing they removed the mirror from a dresser and forgot to load it. I called them back, and while they did return, I was charged a full additional hour for two workers just to pack that single item.
I also asked that they prioritize essential belongings, but instead they loaded less important items that were only meant to go if there was space. By the time I realized it, I felt it would take too long to have them redo the work.
In the end, the POD was filled, but lack of attention to instructions and charging a full extra hour for a quick oversight left me dissatisfied. A bit more care and communication would have made the experience much better.

We hired this moving company for 7/25 move one one bedroom apartment items into a POD. Two guys came in a Camry with NO dolly, no boxes and nothing. All items were already packed in storage boxes. They started taking 2-3 boxes with bare hands and went to ground floor from stairs and put into PODs. They did not use any of their boxes, actually they had nothing with them because they came in a car. Movers usually come with wraps, dolly, long wardrobe boxes but they had nothing. Couple of my storage boxes were damaged, few glass items were also damaged, even when I clearly mentioned with a tag that fragile items.
I did not pay them a single penny as tip. They are horrible and never hire them for your move if you want to protect your items. Hire some experience movers. I will give them minus rating if possible.
