We booked and utilized Superior Services on 4/16/2025 for packing our two 16 ft pods. We just moved into our house yesterday afternoon, and unfortunately, there is SIGNIFICANT furniture damage to almost all of our furniture. We are extremely disappointed in this. Not only did I coordinate with Superior Services before our move/packing services date to ensure that enough protective equipment would be provided as part of the quote, and they failed to follow through on that; we now have to buy all new furniture, which will cost our family thousands of dollars. I've tried to file claims, but they are unresponsive to any of my attempts to rectify the issue. We have furniture pieces from relatives who are no longer alive, and those pieces of furniture are ruined because of the terrible packing job. I wish we had never used them. Please avoid them at all costs or you risk end up being out THOUSANDS of dollars to replace all of your furniture (this isn't an exaggeration, all of our furniture is destroyed because of their terrible packing job).

Quickly moved our items from our apartment to the POD container. The only downside was that they did not come with enough of the "wrap" to complete the job. Other than that, the items were well handled, and they did a great job of packing the POD in an efficient manner. No apparent damage to the items in the POD since it was packed so well.
We had booked them for 2 hours to move the heavy/bulky items from a 2-bedroom apartment. At the end of the 2 hours, they not only loaded all of the bulky items, but all of the boxes that were ready to be loaded leaving only miscellaneous boxes that we needed to finish loading.
Hiring these movers was a fantastic choice since they are much more used to moving such items. We were moving from a 2nd story apartment and moving items such as couches and large furniture should be handled by professionals such as this.

Angel and his crew, Joey and Edwin, were an absolute God-send. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They worked tirelessly to get things down to the trailer and Angel did a phenomenal job of stacking the trailer to ensure all of our stuff fit. If you are looking for a solid crew that will handle your belongings as if it were there own without complaints, then Angel and his crew are who you need. This crew by far, exceeded all our expectations and then some. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have had them help with our move.
