We've moved 5 times in the past 5 years and this was the best experience by far. George and Terrence were very friendly and accommodating. It really seemed that doing a great job was extremely important to them. I still can't believe that they managed to fit everything into our POD with room to spare. I just wish that we had found these guys 4 moves earlier...

SUMMARY:
The 2 guys we had assigned did a good job overall and were friendly. I personally would hire them again. We mostly needed good strong backs. However, if you do not want to actively supervise (direct) the effort or oversee the loading / packing of your container, make sure this company sends you a more experienced person. Had I known this I would have been more prepared up front so I could oversee the activity.
DETAILS:
Our original move request was for 2 movers for 3 hours. We were a 1 Bdrm Condo with an office up 1 flight of stairs. 3 hours may have been a little aggressive, but the 5 we ended at was at least 1 hr more than it should have been. The 2 young men arrived fairly early; early enough that waking through the job plan and small talk rapport got us going right on time. They worked solid and hard when they worked; not "hustling" too fast, and not dragging feet either. They were definitely diligent at caring for our belongings; they were prepared for the job, and they were very amiable. But, not to their fault, their inexperience at packing a container became apparent as the job progressed. On several times we had to redirect the logistical activity of getting furniture down to the container and then the rearranging of some furniture in the container.. In the end it all worked out nicely and in time and it was a friendly and cooperative environment at all times. They willing stayed the additional 2 hours to complete all the work necessary.
