I’d give these guys six stars if I could! First of all, Angel did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the afternoon regarding his estimated arrival time. Then, when he and Mike arrived, they immediately went to work and had my entire 20 ft moving truck (which was packed completely full) unloaded in less than two hours (an amazing feat, considering there were numerous extremely heavy items they had to carry up a flight of narrow stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor). Both Angel and Mike were extremely professional, courteous, and polite, not to mention both were extremely hard workers. Highly recommended!

We booked this company about 3-4 weeks in advance of our move through the Hire a Helper service. I called Laura, who was listed as the contact for our move several days beforehand to confirm. Left a voicemail. No callback but I later received reconfirmations from hire a helper so I felt everything was all set. That is until the day of our move. Movers were scheduled to arrive between 8-9 am. At 9:30, I called Laura. No answer so I left a VM asking for an update. I then called Hire a Helper, who looked into it, and learned that the movers had been sent to the wrong job and would come do ours when they finished That one (three hours later). I was upset and panicked since we had to be out of our place that evening but agreed. 12:30 rolls around and they still hadn’t arrived. I called Laura at Superior again. Nothing. Called hire a helper and they tried contacting Superior movers again but they too didn’t get an answer. They offered to call me back with an update as soon as they heard back but time passed and i realized that we were not going to have movers that day. I was recovering from a surgery and unable to do heavy lifting. We ended up finding another company last minute, paid them crazy fees for a last minute booking and they ended up banging up our furniture since out of desperation, we had to book the only company with availability that day and couldn’t even check out reviews or reputation. To top it off, we never heard back from hire a helper or Superior. I called hire a helper back simply to “fire” our no show movers, Superior, and request a refund. It was a nightmare. Do not hire this company if you don’t want this to happen to you.
