We will also drive your rental truck (for those uncomfortable with driving a larger vehicle). I want to give a BIG thank you to Discount Moving & Hauling for their services provided on July 20th. I managed to pick the second hottest day of 2011 for my move to a 3rd floor apartment..... but the guys did it with ease! (And a lot of sweat!)
I booked 2 guys and 5 hours, I got 3 guys and an early finish! Very efficient, courteous and friendly. I most certainly appreciate the work that was done, and I feel I truly received wonderful service at a very fair price.

On time, courteous, professional and did a terrific job! Job involved unloading 16ft. truck and moving some heavy/awkward items up a tight flight of stairs with a turn and handled this very well.

Scott was courteous and professional in confirming the schedule, arrived right on time, and willingly stayed two hours longer than originally expected. He worked consistently and efficiently, and did a very good job of loading a large truck -- 250 miles later the load had not shifted whatsoever, and nothing was damaged. He listened to instructions well and was very cooperative. The only problem was that Scott was supposed to bring a second man with him, and instead brought a young teenager who -- though very nice and useful in carrying some lighter things -- was not the strong additional mover we needed or expected. If I had not been fortunate enough to have some other volunteer muscle power on hand, we would have had a real challenge accomplishing the move. Be sure to determine that Scott has the additional qualified help needed when you make the arrangements.
