Only one of my movers showed up. I was given only 30 minutes notice of this. The mover that did show up was adequate. The phone calls trying to sort out the charges and whether they could find a replacement were also adequate. HIRE A HELPER THEMSELVES I also had problems with. They wanted to charge the entire fee ($100) even though only one of my movers showed up. After a lengthy conversation they agreed to cut it in half. I was disappointed that I had to make so many phone calls between HIRE a Helper and Bell Hops to sort it all out. I will avoid both companies in the future.

Very nice and well intentioned college kids, but not professional loaders. Did take longer than it should have, which was OK. A few pieces were unnecessarily damaged in transit, which is not so good, and could have been avoided with better loading, better use of packing blankets. Reasonable price.

The 2 "helpers" that came to unload my truck were wonderful. Very polite and courteous young men. Although one was slightly late due to traffic issues, the other unloaded all items he could without assistance, so the unload was not delayed at all. In 2.5 hours, they unloaded a 26 foot truck, and setup my bedrooms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the use of bellhops!

Easy process from start to finish. The only suggestion I would make is to have the teams bring a dolly--it would make loading/unloading go a bit quicker. That said, Logan and Wade were efficient, friendly, and professional.

The guys were super polite but when I saw the way they pack the truck it was as if they threw everything in the truck they did not even stack it then they also told me I did not have a minimum charge and that I could just pay them in cash instead of going into the next half hour this was a lie there is a minimum charge and these guys just tried to get me to pay twice... I contacted the company and they were nice enough to refund my money I told them that I purposely ask these guys about the minimum charge after they told me that because I was recording them because I was not sure if they were being honest
