The workers that showed up for the job were fantastic. Unfortunately the back end communication was a mess and I would never hire this company again. I booked the job for 2 helpers for 2 hours. Micah called me the night before and said it was scheduled for 2 helpers for 3 hours. When I told him what it should be, he said not to worry and if they only work for 2 hours to call and get refunded the third hour because I was already charged.
Well, the next day came and they showed up with THREE guys. After we called to let them know we only scheduled two for two hours, they said oh well it doesn’t matter, you’re on the hook for the extra guy any way. As I stated, the guys were fantastic but what a mess the backend communication is, which is why I would not recommend this company to family, friends or business owners.

The only reason they get more than one star is the movers that showed up, when the movers showed up were great. They had issues showing up on time two days in a row. On the second day one of the movers was arrested and wasn’t able to start the move. They had to get completely new movers one showed up at 1pm and the other around 3:30pm when they were scheduled for 9-10am arrival. Everything in between there was wasted time. We wasted our whole day trying to get this job done. When it was mentioned to the manager he thought we should be grateful he was “working with us” and not charging the time from 10am. That shouldn’t have even been an option since the single mover couldn’t start the job alone. I would not recommend this company. They are not professional with their business operations.
