First of all did not even know how to tape a box. Zero training is
my guess. I have moved 13 times and this was the worse ever.
Broke two glasses. One of the two they sent was smoking marijuana which I observed when he returned from Lowes to pick up more supplies. Arrived with zero packing materials and completely over charged.
My cleaning lady and I did 90% of the packing and far out packed them. I can not believe they call themselves packers.
My advice is to keep away from them.
