They were untrained and damaged several pieces of furniture and required several repairs to drywall and a lot of painting. This was pretty disappointing considering we moved into a new house that had clean walls and paint. The supervisor did not provide adequate on the job coaching as incidents were occurring. The team was unable to set up bed frames.
There was no discussion of strategy before moving large objects upstairs, rather, they just damaged the walls and furniture. I tried to stop them and provide instructions for how to accomplish tasks without damaging our home, but they rushed through without listening.

We had a two-man crew for two hours, Tariq and Ryan, and they were incredible - polite, professional, and efficient. Side note that there was a slight delay getting started, as the first team had vehicle issues, however Pro Movers Express was able to arrange coverage the same scheduled morning. Great experience and highly recommended.
