The men arrived earlier than scheduled and get to work right away. Then it started raining but they keep working even though they get wet to make sure all stuffs get into my garage. Getting inside, they brought heavy boxes upstair without any complaint. The unloading was finished earlier than 2 hours that I booked, but I'm happy to pay them the full 2 hours given the effort and speed they put on the work.

The workers were customer friendly. My request was for two workers but three showed up. It took the three workers 45 minutes longer to empty the Pod than it took the two workers who emptied the storage facility and put my furniture in the Pod. Also, my paperwork said the workers would arrive after 9AM, but the first worker arrived at 8:10, the second at 8:20, and the third shortly after that.
After a little difficulty with one overstuffed chair, the workers did a nice job of maneuvering things so nothing was damaged. Overall, the workers did a good job.
