Arrival of helpers was supposed to be from three to four pm, they arrived at quarter to six. Everything seemed to be going fine until I noticed a split in the wood of my armoire. I thought I had heard a crack sound just a minute or two before discovering the damage. One became very defensive when I drew attention to the damage. I said i was not blaming them for the damage but wondered if the cracking sound was associated with it. One of the movers became very defensive and said he was getting a camera and take pictures (he did) and that I was trying to blame them, I was not. He then accused me of lying and implying that I knew they didn’t do it and that he had five star reviews in his file. I walked away but a short time after his outburst I confronted him. I indicated that I was offended by him accusing me of lying, and that he had attacked my integrity. I pointed out to him that my career was based on honesty. Not once did I hear from the owner nor did the owner take anything off the price for the verbal assault received from a 2 hr. 45 min. late person who was working for me. Stay away from this company it is owned by a veteran who only wants the money. The two helpers at my house had never served a day in any type of military service. The company did nothing for me. They should have refunded me. I received $100.00 from Hire a Helper, they took it off of the 454.000 I paid. The company did nothing, not even an apology.

The crew came on time, they didn’t have back braces, or any items to make moving furniture easier or quicker, they weren’t in any type of uniform. They were polite and respectful of my items.
I think it took them way too long to make the move. The fellows that came worked ok but moved slowly. It appeared the times we left the location and returned there wasn’t any progress so perhaps they weren’t working when we weren’t there watching them
I’m not sure I would use them again.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
