The guys did a great job unloading the truck, they were a little harsh on some of the boxes and dropped an item or two but that stuff happens when you are moving a ton in 2 hours and sweating like crazy! They moved things exactly where I wanted them to move it, and we're friendly and hard-working!

The movers left after packing the moving van and then did not return until 7 hours later to unload it. I have never heard of a company doing this before. I had my whole day wasted waiting on them. Then my new couch was damaged as well as my coffee tables, which were almost brand new. My wall was scratched also. One of the movers even became argumentative saying i told you i would be back at 4 which he did not. Then the other one had the audacity to question me if I was going to pay. I will never use this service again and will recommended that others do not either. I even had to pay a late fee for returning my truck later than the allotted time. Very unprofessional.
