Nice guys who did a great job unloading the pod, unpacking boxes, and they even fixed the stuck windows in the lanai. They could, though, use a little help with commitments. Making and keeping time commitments should be their priority number one.

They did a great job and I couldn't believe they managed to fit all of my things in my single relo cube. They never complained about the heat or 3 flights of stairs and were courteous and upbeat the entire move. A+ guys!

Cass and his partner were, by far, the hardest working, most polite movers we have worked with these past few months. They were on time and kept excellent communication leading up to the day of their help. Every response always started with a "yes, ma'am" or "yes, sir" and they started their work by telling my husband he didn't have to help, that's why they were there, which is the extreme opposite of some movers we have used. I would not use anyone else for future jobs!

I schedule Master Movers for a move starting at 9 am. I called 3 days prior to the move and left a message with the movers. The guy called back and confirmed he would be there. The day of the move I called at 9 am and left another message. The guy called back 15 minutes later and sounded like I awoke him from his sleep. He then stated he was on another big job and will not make it until 12 pm ( 3 hours late). I then called at 12:15 and left another message. He called back and stated the other move was taking longer than expected but could be at my location by 2:30pm (5 1/2 hours late). I told him not to come as I had off loaded the trucks. He then asked if I wanted a refund. That was a stupid question, YES, I want a refund you did not work. He told "HireAHelper" that is was do to bad weather conditions. Well the weather was good, no rain, no storms. They lied. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, NOT GOOD FOLLOW THRU, AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/MOVERS AT ALL COST.

The team worked very hard and were quite effective at moving large and bulky items. They were respectful of my stuff and helped pack the truck like it was their own stuff. After traveling cross country all items were intact. They were later in arriving than originally planned but we avoided loading in the heat of the day. They will get the call for our final packing in the fall.
