They worked hard but didn’t have any training for how to load the pods. They didn’t know how to use tools to work. They took much longer than they should and I have to pay by hourly rate for 5 and one half hours for loading two pods that everything was boxed and wrapped. We had to rearrange after they loaded the pods which was the opposite of the purpose of why we hired them.The worst part was that they couldn’t understand English at all. Did they get any training? How much they got paid by the company? And we paid for the professional rates!

Arrived between the 2 hour window and got straight to work! Respectful of items and careful not to cause any damage to anything. Only hiccup was in bringing additional supplies/tools to move, you are able to request when booking which I did but they did not bring any straps/dolly, just specify when calling to confirm! They were quick and got the job done regardless!

They came towards the end of the time frame but did a good enough job. Glad I was there to direct them how to load the truck to maximize space otherwise not everything would have fitted :( also neither of them spoke any English so trying to communicate what is staying and what is going was a bit difficult at times.

1. Arrived at 11:30, not at 8. They did call to let me know, but this set the tone.
2. Sent 2 guys not 3. We absolutely needed 3. I called repeatedly for extra help. Nada.
3. Out of the 2 guys, only one worked. He worked very hard in an attempt to make up for the pace and lack of work ethic of the other. And he was nice, kind, and friendly.
4. The non working guy (boss) took a ton of phone breaks, was the slowest human I have encountered, had a bad attitude, smelled atrociously awful, dropped boxes (one of which had a precious glass piece in it now broken), got angry at the end of the day when I asked him to finish the job and literally threw down a very expensive outdoor chair, drank all my water in my fridge (not huge, but why didn't he bring some?), I could go on....
5. The hard working guy was fantastic, but could not make up for the "boss".
6. I worked all day in a pair of flip flops moving my own stuff. I worked as hard as the hard working guy unloading. Not at all cool. I have had a broken wrist I am still recovering from, and lifting heavy stuff has caused a set back.
7. Furniture was supposed to have been put together. Not. I have done so over the last few days. Hard to do with one person.
8. They brought no tools and no hand carts.
9. They shoved (and it took concerted effort) my couch through the front door instead of simply taking the door off. WTF. It obviously needed to be done! This broke something on my door so that it would not shut at the end of the day. I have yet to have someone come and assess it. The moving company will get a bill for this.
10. Hard working guy got a slightly bigger tip, but I even tipped the boss. Why? Highly underpaid guys with bills to pay. In hindsight I should have given the whole thing to the HWG.

Only 1 mover showed up about 30 minutes late. He was able to move a few things on his own, then stand around waiting for the other worker.
Eventually we were told the other guy was out sick and they were dispatching 2 other guys who would be there at 10.
They didn't get there until about about 11:30. They seemed to have zero experience or ability to move furnishings through doorways, how to lift, how to place in a moving truck.
They broke the bottom drawer of my solid wood dresser, scratched the tops of the dressers, ripped the leather sofa and my mattress.
Then the company wants to bill for a helper for 2 hours and 2 movers! WTF?
When informed of the damages, they offered to not charge for the helper...
Horrible movers.

The crew did not speak any English so it was difficult to tell them where to put my moving goods. They immediately asked for water bottles when they arrived, which I provided. Then minutes later one of the 2 workers asked for another water bottle, which I provided. After that, they just took water from my cases in the garage without asking. When they left, they threw the water bottle on the ground outside my home.
They did not come equipped with any dollies so after they were carrying boxes in 1 at a time, I loaned them my dolly.
I would not use this service again.

The two men who showed up were not prepared to move at all. They were dragging things down the 3 flights of stairs, which resulted in my dresser being completely broken into pieces. My safe was also damaged as it was slammed down step by step on a dolly.
My family and I also moved about 1/3 of my stuff as it took these two men about 10 minutes for one trip.
Would not recommend.
If it would let me add pictures of the damages I would.

Second time I’ve used this service. Not to move but to move furniture around. Both times the guys sent were upbeat, no nonsense workers, and careful with my stuff. Highly recommend.
