We provide Workers Comp Insurance for our employees as well as Commerical Liability insurance to make you feel even more comfortable during your move. We also provide ongoing weekly training that sets us a level above the rest as well as various perks at no additional cost that other companies charge for such as dolly’s, lifting straps, shrink wrap, and even blankets for in-town moves - which can save you a lot of money. They did a awesome job. They were very considerate of my items and made sure they were securely packed before they left.

Where to begin? I guess it would be when I introduced myself as the new homeowner and the person who hired this group of 3 men for the job. My team of three were Kaleb, Josh and John. I had asked them if they had anything (painter's blankets, protective foot covers, carpet coverings, etc) to place over the WHITE carpeting that wasnin my new home. As to not track dirt, mud, debris all over the WHITE rug. They stated at me like I had 10 heads. Bad start! BAD start. I will have to say, I BELIEVE it was Josh (he's the bigger muscular man who prefers to drink sweet tea) who was the only one who seemed to give a care about ANYTHING with the unloading of the truck and trailer. The other two, Kaleb and John- they were there for not much more. I realized this after the fact and when all was said and done, unfortunately. I was extremely busy with my realtor and some hiccups and couldn't quite keep my eye on what was going on. HOWEVER, MY team of 5 has been watching and relayed everything back to me. I had to break down boxes to lay across all the carpeting to create a walking path for the unloaders. Apparently, they don't prepare for what the weather may be for that day or the type of flooring the home will have when they will be walking back and forth through sopping wet grass BECAUSE IT RAINED (carpeting or not). Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was very rushed. Not rushed enough for smoke breaks though. R.i.p to- 3 lamps, 2 tvs, 1 wooden cubicle organizer, 1 ripped off wall edging panel strip, 1 missing Ziplock bag of TV legs that were taped to a TV, 1 salon mirror and 1 dresser. UNBELIEVABLE! There was such a rush, that the ONE AND ONLY BED FRAME was not put together as I was being asked to sign them out via my phone. All 3 of them looked at each other as if to say "who's going to go do it" but John took the reigns and got the bed together quite quickly! Thank You John (who drinks sweet tea). You were the ONLY one who received any praise, from MY team. So again, Thank You for doing your job. I thought I went above and beyond for these guys. I'm pretty sure THEY will not deny that either. I'd actually guarantee they won't deny it. So why the rush? Why the lack of care to my personal property and to my home? To my kids' possessions? To my reservation, to hire you? Absolutely would never refer this company to anyone. They claim to be the very best, but that's definitely a false statement. For what I paid them for this job?! Good Lord! They should be have been more worried about working and protecting my property rather that being in a hurry to just put boxes wherever and on top of whatever they pleased. NOT how this process is supposed to work. You're on my time and my money and my reservation. If you didn't want the job, you should have stayed home! Would have been much better off without all the damage to our things! Do better! You're being hire to provide a service! 2 Thumbs down!

Caleb and Michael were great! The company kept me informed about the planned event. They showed 5min early and waited for the scheduled time. Both were very diligent in making sure the furniture and boxes were firmly loaded in the POD. They were able to load all the items with little room to spare. They did the job within the 3hr time I had reserved. We couldn't be happier.
