We have been working in the Dallas/Fort worth area for over 2 years. PNP Professionals llc is a small, family owned moving labor company. PNP has over 17 year’s experience with moving and packing. Whether you have a large load or a small move. PNP specializes in fragile and heavy loads in both residential and commercial moves. We are well-trained, professional, honest and experienced. All moves are tailored to the need of each customer. We can provide a crew of 2-5 for a minimum of 2 hours up to 10 hours. PNP’s #1 priority is to make your move smooth and stress free. In addition to moves, we pack, unpack and we can also offer moving supplies at an additional price and provide "labor only" services. "Labor Only" is moving items around in your home or loading and unloading portable storage units, ABFs, and pods. We are an equal opportunity employer.

I request two movers for my move on September 17, 2020. They call me the night before to ask me if it would be okay to send an extra mover because they had two more jobs for that day and they need to send them to another job after me. They left my bed and all of my patio furniture off plus my lamps, office chairs the lags to the dining room table, and my tv that was already in it the original box, along with a box that was right by the door that the guy in charge stated to me he didn't load it because it was too long. He also told me that he had six-year experience do this and I doubt that he did. I WOULDNT RECOMMENDED this service to anyone?? Not satisfied with the service at all and they were recommended by PODS?? Very Poor Job??

We had two crews from PNP show up to help us with our PODs.
The first crew was great, and got the job done in a timely manner with a good attitude.
The second crew, led by the owner of the business, was over over two hours late and this delay really put us in a bind. In addition to being late, their attitude and the way that they packed the pod was poor. After they left, my wife and I unpacked about 1/4 of what they had done and repacked it ourself.

PNP Professional, LLC loaded my household belongs in a 26' truck on 9/3/2020. Four very young men were sent. Without fail this was the worse moving company I have ever used. We had wrapped all the upholstered furniture & paintings heavily in shrink wrap. TV's, mirrors, smaller pictures were encased in heavy boxes. Instead of thin packing blankets we provided more than 25 large 4" thick heavy cushions and pillows in trash bags which could be used to stuff into areas where cushioning might be needed. We also provided sheets of thick waffle cardboard to go between items that might rub. Jarrod dropped my office shredder while taking it out the front door. It broke into pieces on my front steps. All four of them tried to muscle my new thread mill out of the room it was in by going through a glass sliding door. Even though they were told to fold it in the normal use position and thread it out the door, they would not listen and tried to jam it in a folded position thru the door. The unit was powered coated and is now void of coating and has deep gorges where they tried to muscle it thru the glass slider unsuccessfully.They ended up leaving it in the room. (The following day A Plus Movers arrived and it took them less than five minutes to thread it thru the door and load it on another truck.) It is ruined from what PNP Professional Movers did to it. My new eliptical machine was damaged so badly that you can no longer use the foot holds. It was loaded with something heavy enough on top of it that it broke them both. They loaded wood furniture directly on metal pieces with out anything between them. My furniture now has deep scratches, wood missing or is just broken as a result. I had a brand new Frigadare stainless steel single door refrigerator. The side are all bent in. The stainless steel front is scratched to the metal under the stainless steel or bent. I had nice high end belongings that are ruined as a result of PNP Professionals not knowing what they were doing. At the other end of the move Bell Boys unloaded the truck. The load had not shifted BUT the professional unloading company said they had never seen anything like how poorly my truck was loaded. PLEASE DO NOT USE PNP Professionals, LLC unless you want your items destroyed. I also had to contact the company (Tessa) for a company of my paperwork since none was provided to me. I have keep copies of my communication since it was so unusual. I'm happy to provide pictures of my damage to anyone that would like to see it. I documented everything. It was that bad a loading job.

You will receive a call from a PNP associate to confirm the details of your request and get you added to our calendar. The evening before your move, you will receive a follow up call to ensure no changes are needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew including the number of professional members requested will arrive promptly to make your move as easy and stress free as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We provide packing services for an additional fee, however to save valuable time and money, having all packable items boxed up as well as furniture clear to be disassembled is the best preparation.

We have completed nearly 1,000 local moves in just under 3 years. From every type of apartment and condo to million dollar homes, from small offices to full size warehouses. If you need it moved we move it!

When we add a new crew member we will (with confirmed customer consent) take them on a minimum of 3 jobs free of charge to our customer for training
