We have been working in the Dallas/Fort worth area for over 2 years. PNP Professionals llc is a small, family owned moving labor company. PNP has over 17 year’s experience with moving and packing. Whether you have a large load or a small move. PNP specializes in fragile and heavy loads in both residential and commercial moves. We are well-trained, professional, honest and experienced. All moves are tailored to the need of each customer. We can provide a crew of 2-5 for a minimum of 2 hours up to 10 hours. PNP’s #1 priority is to make your move smooth and stress free. In addition to moves, we pack, unpack and we can also offer moving supplies at an additional price and provide "labor only" services. "Labor Only" is moving items around in your home or loading and unloading portable storage units, ABFs, and pods. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Adam and Elijah packed my 4 bedroom home into 2 pods... and they were EXPERTS. I am so impressed with how methodical and diligent they were. They moved quickly, were respectful of my home, and were very polite. Moving is back-breaking work and these guys were enthusiastic and motivated until 9pm when we finished!

Once they showed up, they were fast and got everything done in under an hour, but they were 1 hour and 45 minutes past the window they provided. There wasn't a lot of communication in regards to their tardiness. So if you don't really have a timeline, they are great. If you have a specific time, probably go with another company.

PNP prof are the best. We had to load our things in the 20 feet container. Adam Snyder and Trevor Morgan are the best people. So thankful to both for making it exceptional. Customer friendly, outstanding service. They were super fast, ensured the things were safe and loaded it nicely. Love the service. Highly recommend them. They were on time. Very professional. Made it a smooth experience.

The crew showed up late without calling to let us know they were on the way or that they would be late. Two crew members had just arrived from an out of state trip at 4am (they arrived at 8am) and it showed. We stopped them twice while loading to point out that they were stacking boxes clearly marked DO NOT STACK and FRAGILE and not keeping boxes upright that were clearly marked as THIS END UP. The TV's were carried upside down (in clearly marked TV boxes). We had 50% of our furniture damaged; most items are beyond repair.
I contacted the company at 8am and 12pm on the same day only to receive a text letting me know they were at their grandchild's birthday party and need to get back to me the next day. It is confounding to me that (a) a child's birthday party would make you unavailable all day on a week day and (b) that a birthday party would take priority over taking care of business.
This is our second interstate move and our 5th household move and the first time we've had any items damaged.
DO NOT USE PNP Professionals if you value your belongings.

They came in late to a very small apartment with NO MASK!!! During a surge and mask wearing indoors mandated by the governor. I had on a mask.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from a PNP associate to confirm the details of your request and get you added to our calendar. The evening before your move, you will receive a follow up call to ensure no changes are needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew including the number of professional members requested will arrive promptly to make your move as easy and stress free as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We provide packing services for an additional fee, however to save valuable time and money, having all packable items boxed up as well as furniture clear to be disassembled is the best preparation.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed nearly 1,000 local moves in just under 3 years. From every type of apartment and condo to million dollar homes, from small offices to full size warehouses. If you need it moved we move it!

What training do you provide your crew members?
When we add a new crew member we will (with confirmed customer consent) take them on a minimum of 3 jobs free of charge to our customer for training

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
