MOVE DATE 9/28/19
LATE START: Arrived on time, but did not start loading until 20 minutes after looking at all the furniture, boxes, etc that needed to be loaded.
NOT PREPARED: Confirmed with Philippe current supervisor prior to job moving pads were to be included, he reassured me that he would provide 10 pads, but movers were not prepared nor did they bring the materials. I had to supply this on my own.
WORKED TOO SLOW: Movers did not make the 3 hours as scheduled.
DISRESPECTFUL TO MY PROPERTY: Threw my belonging on the pavement, left furniture in front of elevators blocking the path of tenants to walk, and broke a piece of my head board for my queen size bed with damages and scratches. Did not show respect to my personal items such as garment bags, left glass table uncovered and I had to pack it with my own moving pad.
Movers arguing to one another in Spanish and wasting time.
WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had two guys for 3 hours to load one 16 foot POD. The lead Guy brought an extra guy at no charge. One was a weakling that could barely lift anything and the other did not know what to do. The lead guy kept asking for my input on how to load things. I saw damage on my furniture and damage to my walls of the house I am moving out of. If I had more time, I would have fired them and gone with someone else.

These guys are hard workers, polite and fast! They laid down blankets before unloading and knew all the tricks to get it done fast. So glad I found Eagle One Movers.

Our movers arrived on time and eagerly went to work loading our rented moving truck. It was obvious that they were experienced movers and they took great care to protect our belongings. They loaded our truck in a very efficient and thoughtful method so nothing would move around during our trip. I will absolutely call upon Eagle One Movers should I need their services in the future.
