Jorge called to confirm the time the day before & let me know that morning what time they would arrive. They arrived 7 minutes past the arrival window - not bad for LA rush hour! The team did a great job wrapping items to prevent damage & were very pleasant throughout the move. They brought plastic wrap & tape, which was great because we needed it to get the moving blankets to stay in place. When we unloaded, our items arrived with no damage. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you bring lots of water for your guys - I certainly don’t mind providing it, but I had already packed my tumblers & they were all working like mad. I would use them again.
We will keep it in mind to take care our man.

So happy with Thunderhorse once again. I hired them to help pack my container 2 months ago and knew I would be using them again to unpack at my final destination. I found out my container would be delivered earlier than I scheduled the move. I called the night before Jorge was kind enough to move the time up by three hours. Harold and Jorge arrived on time, worked diligently and were a pleasure to be around. They were polite and considerate of my belongings and made sure everything was taken care of before they left. While I hope I’m. It moving again anytime soon, I will definitely be calling upon Thunderhorse if I do.
