The moving team was very professional, punctual, and courteous. They were also hard working, prepared, and completed the job in adequate time.
With some of our bigger and more expensive furniture they were prone to moving it individually as opposed to helping one another navigate corridors (i.e., bumping into walls, corners, etc.). We would have appreciated a little more diligence on a few of the items we specifically requested extra attention on.

This a new review for the Oct 22 service.
We have done a good review before after loading from a U-Haul Truck and a Storage facility to a PODS container in Illinois, however we are changing our review completely after we found numerous boxes missing after unloading in Florida a month later.
In a similar way as we reviewed the previous service, my wife and I did a diligent and conscious re-construction of the various moves and came to the conclusion that the theft must have been perpetrated by the same JC Movers crew during this move on October 22. The crew of three men had a white van parked right next to the PODS container.
We called JC Movers Supervisors to make a formal complaint and the lady explained that they could track the vans movement through their GPS to detect unscheduled stops and that after their investigation they would call us back. We waited over a week and never received a call or a message.
Our conclusion is that there is a high degree of probable cause that JC Movers is hiring a crew of professional thieves that as a team specialize in finding opportunities to steal moving goods from trusting customers.

Clay and Ron showed up promptly on schedule. I hired this company after the previous movers I had failed to do the job and damaged furniture. These guys were awesome. Hard working, courteous, and I honestly never seen anyone pack a Pod like they did. They knew exactly what to do, and got all my belongings in it with a little room to spare for last minute items. I am truly grateful to Clay and Ron and without a doubt, would highly recommend them!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
