Absolutely amazing. I was running late and they were so accommodating to arriving later than I originally planned. The 2 guys were so friendly, handled my possessions with care while also working quickly and efficiently, and packed my truck so strategically there even a little bit of space left - and I have a LOT of junk! Could not have done it without them!!

Both movers were great. I just got out of Hospital for a brain Surgery. I when to look under the bed and couldn't get back up. They got me on my feet the were god sent. The move went great.

On time, worked quickly and effectively, all three were friendly. After receiving the trailer and unload began, we discovered many of the items were not loaded properly and were damaged. For example, we had a dresser that was loaded upside down and heavy boxes were placed on top, crushing the dresser. I am filing a claim now. Additionally, we had a custom handmade heirloom solid wood headboard that had a large dig in the wood along with several scratches and smaller digs. Lastly, many of the pieces that required disassembly came to our final destination with missing screws/pieces. None of the baggies containing screws were where they were supposed to be and none of them were labeled. We will have to go to the hardware store and find screws/parts. The team who unloaded and re-assembled pieces were taken aback at how disorganized everything was. This resulted in them spending more time putting things back together the best they could. Everything started out great but I'm pretty disappointed now.

These 4 gentlemen were beyond professional. Reid, Jay, Kenneth and Torrence were efficient, thoughtful and extraordinarily respectful of my home. I have moved over 15 times in my adult life and have NEVER encountered professionals like these men! You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
