Lakeview Mover is the worest mover I had ever:
1. They came 40 minutes later than sheduled time(10 am on August 11).
2. One helper is a woman who was the first time to be a helper, and not
knowing how to do the job. other helper is a man who was not doing things as silled helper. So they did 3 hours for my 2 hours moving. I paid
additional 1 hour cost.
3. They left my stuffs in the elevator and closed truck door to leave the storage, I found out and asked them to move all stuffs into truck.
4. They did not unload all my stuffs from truck, then asked me to pay cash to them. We argued about 15 minute which counted to working time. After I talked to thier boss they undloaded everyting from truck at my home but did not move everthing into room before left, because they said we run out time. I had to carry those stuffs into room by myself late.
5. Man pressed "make paymnet" on my samrt phone before they left,
they did not give me time to talk to you about their services.
6. As company Lakeview should not be qualified in the helper services. I will never use them again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Interacting with new people you never know who you gonna meet. I also like the physical aspect of the job
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety videos and I put them through small jobs and gradually have them work them selves into the job
