The crew was late and I was not contacted to let me know they would be late. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. The guys worked hard unloading my container and carrying things up one flight of stairs. One thing that bothered me was that I asked for a particular chest to be pulled and brought up as soon as it was uncovered in the container. The chest contained vital pieces for my living room TV/DVD/Cable. As a result of the crew being late, their unload time overlapped with the arrival of the cable installation service person. The crew saw that the cable employee was in my apartment and waiting for the pieces. I reminded them that as soon as they uncover the chest, to bring it up. My aunt stayed with the container the entire time that the crew was unloading. She saw when the chest that I needed was uncovered. She pointed out to the crew that was the piece of furniture that I needed and to please take it up next. The crew leader snapped at her and told her that I didn't need it. The crew brought up the chest LAST. They worked around it in the container, on purpose, and brought it up after all of the other furniture and boxes were unloaded. I was really disappointed to hear that, especially since it wasn't just me that was waiting but also the installation person from the cable company. They seemed to be careful with my items as they unloaded and carried them into my apartment. Unfortunately, I would not use them again based on being late and disrespectful.

At the end of June, 2015, we used the services of Copperstate Moving LLC -- referred to us by HireAHelper.
Our family member moved from Scottsdale, Arizona to Los Angeles. As a result, we needed help in loading two 6' PODS in Scottsdale, Arizona with all the belongings from a two story, three bedroom, two bath home.
We are very particular about our belongings (as is anyone who works hard for their money) and our goal was to ensure that all our belongings (furniture, appliances and boxes) were all placed in the PODS without causing any damage to the property and to maximize the space we had in the PODS to ensure we were able to fit everything in the PODS properly so the property would not shift and end up at its final destination in the same condition it was in when we placed it in the PODS initially.
HireAHelper staff were efficient, extremely helpful and very professional and referred us to a company who could meet our needs -- which was Copperstate Moving LLC. We will be using their (HireAHelper) services again when we unload the PODS in Los Angeles as well as recommending their services to others we know who have the need for their services. I would highly recommend HireAHelper -- which, by the way, provides services throughout the US.

They are an organization which hires staff to work for them who are honest, trustworthy, efficient, professional and very skilled in the services they provide. These qualities are found both in the administrative staff you deal with when coordinating logistics as well as the manpower who actually move the items/boxes/furniture, etc. They arrived on time and accurately were able to estimate the time it would take to complete the job. Additionally, they came prepared to work hard, bring the necessary equipment they would need (dollies, etc) and took pride in the job they were hired to do.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide. I will personally recommend them to my family members and friends and will be using them again with our future moves.
This overall experience -- from start to finish -- was great!

These young men were a pleasure to have around!!! They were friendly, professional and very careful with their work. We could not believe how much they accomplished in two hours and how much they packed in the POD!! We would DEFINITELY recommend them. We will be hiring them to unload the POD at our new home. Thank you for such a great experience.

they didn't show up until a day late. problems with dispatch. when spoke with someone in dispatch telling them we had to unload the majority of the truck ourselves because we couldn't wait for the late arrival - they said we would only pay for the amount of time the workers worked. this was not true - they charged us for the full two hours minus $50 for only one half hour of work. terrible company and i will not use them again. it took ALOT of time on the phone to finally get someone out to help.
